Subscription pricing
You pay a monthly fee based on the number of seats. Each seat includes $25 of usage per month. If you need more usage, you can buy extra-usage credits that are shared across your team and expire 12 months after your last top-up.
When you use GPT for Work, your usage is covered in this order:

You use your seat's included usage first.

Once you've used it up, you consume the shared extra-usage credits.
Both are consumed based on your actual model usage, which consists of tokens sent and received, certain tool executions such as web searches, and the number of requests you make. For detailed prices, see How credits are consumed.
An active subscription is required to consume extra-usage credits.
